Allograft with multiple renal arteries (MRA) is considered to have an increased post-transplantation risk due to vascular and urologic complications. The aim of this study is to investigate the outcome of living donor kidney transplantation using allograft with a single artery and recipients of allografts with multiple arteries. Seven hundred and eighteen consecutive adult kidney transplants done between 1998 and 2007, with living unrelated kidney donors, were enrolled in this retrospective analysis.
