In a descriptive cross-sectional study, we evaluated clinical, morphologic, and demographic characteristics of bipartite patella (BP) in 20 patients referred to clinics affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences from 2011 to 2015. Simple radiography, computerized topography scanning, and magnetic resonance imaging characteristics of BP plus demographic data include age, gender, co-morbidities, and side of involvement were recorded. Male to female ratio was 17:3 (5.6) with total mean age of 39.1 ± 13.4 years.
