PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN INDOSAT OOREDOO (SURVEI PADA PELAJAR SMAN 23 JAKARTA BARAT)

This research aims to : 1) know the description of quality product and customer satisfaction of Indosat Ooredoo, 2) know whether quality product has a significant influence on customer satisfaction of Indosat Ooredoo. In this research the data were collected by spreading a questionnaires. The sample used wa 160 respondets who had used Indosat Ooredoo product. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The result from this research showed that the quality product variable influence the customer satisfaction.
