This research aims to review the influence of poverty and education budget against enrollment rates in indonesia.The methodology used in this research is using data panels that combine a method of time series and cross section. Time data series used in this research was 2015-2018 in cross section and data used is 34 provinces in indoneisa .The data used annual represents data obtained from BPS, and kemdikbud .This study using data regression models panel using random effect. Model the regression equation is linear used in this research was LogAPS= 1,88125 - 0,028739 LogKMS + 0,004825 LogAGP. The results of the analysis in partial showed poverty have a negative influence on of enrollment rates in indonesia .The results of the analysis in partial showed that education budget have had a positive impact on of enrollment rates in Indonesia. The results of the analysis simultaneously that poverty and budget education together influential in significant impact on of enrollment rates in Indonesia. Variations of the influence of the second set free show 0.557. r2 value ofThe value of the show 55 % variation enrollment rates affected by poverty and. education budgetWhile the rest are influenced by other factors outside model research.
