This chapter illustrates how integration and collaboration would occur on IPD projects both in theory and in practice. Throughout the chapter we drew links to illustrate how DT forms a base assumption across many chapters in this book. We also explained how DT may be used to better understand the why and how questions relating to the way that the Collaborative Framework, introduced in Chapter 2 (with supporting chapters that explain the foundational elements of the framework in Chapter 9, the behavioural elements in Chapter 15 and processes and means elements in Chapter 21) works in practice.
