Dual gold‐catalyzed cycloaromatization of unconjugated (E)‐enediynes

A synthesis of unconjugated (E)‐enediynes from allenyl amino alcohols is reported and their gold‐catalyzed cascade cycloaromatization to a broad range of enantioenriched substituted isoindolinones has been developed.
