ANALISIS KINERJA PROGRAM PELATIHAN TEKNIS AGRIBISNIS KEDELAI BAGI PENYULUH PERTANIAN (Studi di Balai Besar Pelatihan Pertanian Ketindan)

Soybean Agribusiness Technical Training is a training conducted by the Central of Ketindan Agricultural Training as an effort to improve the science and skill of agricultural extension in the working area of agriculture ministry implementing unit of BBPP Ketindan in order to support the development of agriculture to increase food security through the development of 7 (seven) strategic commodities: rice , corn, soybeans, cane, cow, chilli, and onion. To see the success rate of the training program, it is important to note the training expired guidance contained in the Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 12 / Permentan / HK.140 / J / 03/15 and also the training program, one of the training program is CIPP. The results of the analysis using the CIPP method obtained the results of the training Input received value of 86.44% with Excellent category, from the assessment of the training process obtained value of 84.80% with very good category, and the training product assessment results obtained 89.09% percentage percentage with very good category, it can be concluded penilaia using CIPP method by considering the guidance of the implementation of technical program of soybean agribusiness coach for agricultural extension organized by BBPP very good ketindan. Analysis of the training program will be able to see the impact as expected for the participants so that it can be felt with real training results. To complete this study further research is needed
