EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM SEMARAK LITERASI AL-QUR’AN (SLQ) TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BACA AL-QUR’AN MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH MALANG

Abstract The Effectiveness of the Semarak Literasi Qur’an (SLQ) Program on the Al-Qur’an Reading Ability of the Student at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang; Lusiana Acnesyah Putri Aminuddin; NIM 201510010311039; Department of Islamic Education, Faculty of Islamic Studies, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Keywords: SLQ program, ability to read the Qur'an Al-Qur'an is a way of life for every Muslim, today Islam is a majority religion, but many Muslims of various ages, especially among students who have not been able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly in accordance with the rules of tajwid and makharijul huruf. University of Muhammadiyah Malang as a major university that provides a forum in the form of the Semarak Literasi Qur’an (SLQ) Program to improve the ability to read the Qur'an. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the vibrant of Semarak Literasi Qur’an (SLQ) Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang can affect the student’s ability to read the Qur’an. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type used is the type of associative research or relationship with the survey format. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire related to the Semarak Literasi Qur’an (SLQ) Program and taking test scores related to the student’s ability to read the Qur'an. Then the results of the questionnaire scores and the reading results of the Qur'an are processed using the SPSS statistical application using the product moment test. The results of this study indicate that the SLQ program held by the University of Muhammadiyah Malang is included in the Effective category to improve students' reading ability. Then based on data obtained and calculated using the SPSS statistical application calculation, using a significance level of 5%, the number of respondents 64 people, and db 63, it is known that the r table value is 0.2441. While the results of the calculated r are 0.412. Then the results of the interpretation of this study indicate that r count = 0.412 is greater than r table = 0.2441 (r count> r table). So the results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the Lively Literacy Literacy program (SLQ) on the Reading Ability of the Student Al-Qur'an at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang
