ANALISIS MANAJEMEN MUTU TERPADU PADA UNIT USAHA IPAS PDA DI KOTA MALANG

Nowadays a lot of various types of new businesses have sprung up, especially in the culinary field, this has led to competition between entrepreneurs both new and old. Many entrepreneurs have experienced a drastic decline so competition in the culinary world is very tight. This must be immediately addressed by business actors, so that their businesses can run well. In running its business there are obstacles such as lack of funds, facilities and lack of being known by the community so that it can not compete at a macro level and only compete in the local area of Malang. So the need for management that is able to overcome these deficiencies. One of the main roles of management is to lead the organization in its daily operations and to maintain it as an eager entity towards the future. This research was conducted to determine the effect of Integrated Quality Management on entities of their business on IPAS PDA Malang. The methods used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Scale Range, and Questionnaire. Based on the results of the study showed that quality management is able to influence the business being carried out.
