EVALUASI KUALITAS LAYANAN PENGGUNA WEBSITE PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN JOMBANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE E-GOVQUAL

In 2003, the government of Indonesia has issued a policy to utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the field of integrated E-government. Starting from the central government level to the regional government level. Here, the government of Jombang is also involved in developed E-government by providing services in the forms of Website. However, since released in 2006 the government of Jombang has never evaluated through quantitative evaluation related how the society evaluated website of Jombang government, how the level of accessibility from the website for the society, how the role of website to serve the society needs and how the society expectation to websites that related to website services as the forms of E-government implementation. This study aims to determine the quality of website services from Jombang government according to users by using the E-Govqual dimension and IPA, determining the priority attributes of service quality improvement based on the results of IPA analysis and recommendations for improvements. As the final result of the study shown that website services still do not meet user expectations.
