Analisis Vegetasi Tumbuhan Bawah Pada Lahan Revegetasi Pasca Tambang Batubara PT. Mahakam Sumber Jaya, Tenggarong Seberang, Kalimantan Timur Sebagai Sumber Belajar Biologi

The existence of undergrowth on revegetation land after mining has a very important role to restore the condition of disturbed forest land after mining activities. This study aims to determine the type, diversity of undergrowth on revegetation land after coal mining and the similarity of undergrowth in different revegetation periods at PT. Mahakam Sumber Jaya, Tenggarong Seberang, East Kalimantan. The study was conducted from June - August 2019 on revegetation land in the aftermath of PT. Mahakam Sumber Jaya, Tenggarong Seberang, East Kalimantan. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling. The data collection method uses the quadratic method based on the determination of the minimum area and data collection can be divided into primary and secondary data. Analysis of the data used in the analysis of the composition of vegetation by calculating the number of individuals and species identification through the study of the identification of vegetation and analyzing the structure of vegetation to find a picture of the presence of undergrowth in post-mining revegetation land. The results showed that the identification of undergrowth on revegetation land after coal mining found 33 species and 27 undergrowth families in 27 total observation plots. The diversity index at the station I was 1.5201 (moderate), station II was 1.2541 (moderate), and station III was 0.81629 (low). The similarity index between stations shows that the three stations belong to different categories between stations I and II (24.24%), stations I and III (20.69%), and stations II and III (33.33%) all
