PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PAPELI (PAPAN PETUALANGAN LINGKUNGAN) PADA PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK TEMA 3 PEDULI TERHADAP MAKHLUK HIDUP KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

The observations results and preliminary interviews conducted in the Fourth Grade, Sumberejo 01 Elementary School showed that in thematic learning theme 3 sub-theme 2 of learning 1, there were still many students that could not understand the biological natural resources subject in the natural and biological resources. Based on the existing problems, this research entitled “Development of Eco Snakes and Ladder Media (Papan Petualangan Lingkungan or Papeli Media) on Thematic Learning Theme 3 for fourth grade”. This research is new and crucial for to be applied at school. This research aimed to develop the eco snakes media that are valid, effective, and interesting. This research applied development research with the ADDIE model. The model has five stages in research including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques were done by applying observation, interview, questionnaire, test, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research was is in the form of quantitative and qualitative data in order to determine validity, effectiveness, and attractiveness. This research was conducted at Sumberejo Elementary School 01 Madiun in the fourth grade. The results of this study indicate (1) the validity of PAPELI media obtained from media expert validation with a score of 78% with valid criteria. Validation of material experts with a percentage score of 93% with very valid criteria. (2) the effectiveness of the media is obtained from student learning activities with a percentage score of 93% with very effective criteria. While student learning outcomes with a percentage score of 90% with very effective criteria. (3) media attractiveness was obtained from student response questionnaires with a percentage of 92% with interesting interesting criteria. From the results of validity, effectiveness, and attractiveness it can be concluded that the Environmental Adventure Board (PAPELI) media is suitable for use in learning. In this study it is suggested that the development of Papeli media that has been developed can be used as a media centered on students in thematic learning in elementary school
