The study refers to the promotion of accessibility based in NBR 9050/2015, in three State Schools from Braço do Norte (SC). The choice of theme is justified, in view of the non-compliance with the legal framework that protects the right to accessibility in schools for people with reduced mobility and in wheelchairs. The objective was to investigate the accessibility conditions, as established by the Normative NBR9050/2015 and the law of Inclusion nº 13.146/2015, in three State Schools from Braço do Norte (SC).
