Produção de fibras de poliéster a partir da recuperação de garrafas pet e análise de viabilidade do projeto

The environmental damage caused by the bad destination of PET bottles is a growing problem due to the high consumption of this type of material. Recycled polyester fibers in turn are gaining space in the textile industry due to the concern that the high levels of petroleum explored to obtain synthetic fibers entail in the environment. The nonprofit Textile Exchange has challenged more than 50 textile, clothing and retail companies to increase the use of recycled polyester by 25 percent by 2020. To date, Textile Exchange has stated that the process of obtaining recycled fibers has provided the following benefits were: 2,868 million bottles diverted from the landfill, 1,849,464 MJ saved in primary energy demand and 122,823 kg reduced CO2. In order to take advantage of the incentive of the textile industry and to seek new alternatives for the reuse of the bottles, the present project has the objective of studying the feasibility of the implantation of an industrial unit for the recovery of PET bottles for the production of polyester fibers in the north of Santa Catarina. Taking advantage of the incentive To determine the feasibility of installing PETFIBER, it is necessary to study aspects such as: market positioning, which seeks to identify possible competitors and with this to plan how the company will introduce itself to the market, management by the quality where they will be listed all tools necessary for us to have a control of the production process, so that we can present a quality product that differentiates and gain new customers, a knowledge of the technology used in the production process from the part of the recycling of the bottles to the processing of the fibers, identifying the principle of operation and specifications of each equipment and having known all the technical and market aspects we will then be able to evaluate the viability of the undertaking making the necessary financial analyzes.O dano ambiental causado pela má destinação das garrafas PET é um crescente problema devido ao alto consumo deste tipo de material. As fibras de poliéster reciclado por sua vez estão ganhando espaço no ramo têxtil devido à preocupação com o meio ambiente, pois a fabricação de fibras sintéticas demanda altos níveis de petróleo. A organização sem fins lucrativos Textile Exchange vem desafiando mais de 50 empresas de têxteis, vestuário e varejo para aumentar o uso de poliéster reciclado em 25% até 2020.Até o presente momento a Textile Exchange (2017) afirma que o processo de obtenção das fibras recicladas forneceu os seguintes benefícios: foram 2,868 milhões de garrafas desviadas do aterro, 1.849.464 MJ economizados na demanda de energia primária e 122.823 kg de CO2 reduzido. Afim de aproveitar o incentivo da indústria têxtil e buscar novas alternativas para o reaproveitamento das garrafas o presente projeto tem como objetivo o estudo da viabilidade da implantação de uma unidade industrial de recuperação de garrafas PET para fabricação de fibras de poliéster no norte de Santa Catarina. A aproveitando o incentivo Para determinar a viabilidade de instalação da PETFIBER se faz necessário o estudo de aspectos como: posicionamento de mercado, que busca identificar possíveis concorrentes e com isso planejar como a empresa fará para se introduzir no mercado, gerenciamento pela qualidade onde serão listadas todas ferramentas necessárias para que tenhamos um controle do processo produtivo podendo assim apresentar um produto de qualidade que se diferencie e ganhe novos clientes, conhecimento da tecnologia empregada no processo produtivo desde a parte da reciclagem das garrafas até o beneficiamento das fibras identificando o princípio de funcionamento e especificações de cada equipamento e tendo conhecido todos os aspectos técnicos e de mercado poderemos então avaliar a viabilidade do empreendimento fazendo as análises financeiras necessárias
