Sistema prisional feminino catarinense: presídio feminino de Tubarão, de Florianópolis e penitenciária feminina de Criciúma

The study examined data on the fulfillment of prisoners woman's rights in the prison system in Santa Catarina, and the field of study was Tubarão Women's Prison, Florianópolis Women's Prison and Criciúma Women's Penitentiary. The objective of the investigation was to describe the current situation of the female prison system in Santa Catarina in relation to the fulfillment of the rights assured to the prisoner. The methodological plan used to address the field investigated and to explain the research characterizes research as a field study, supported by the qualitative and goal-oriented approach of a descriptive nature, we also used parameters from the Descriptive Statistics to carry out the treatment of the data and present the study findings. The results of the investigation showed that the rights of incarcerated women in maternity are 100% attended, the intimate visit 67%, the physical and mental integrity 100%, the 67% labor assistance, the 100%, 33% of the prison units have a nursery, and 33% answered that the newborn baby remains with the mother after delivery. The rights granted to the arrested woman are served in part by the State of Santa Catarina, so that she must prioritize the items that were not attended at 100%. The conclusions reached out that the female prison system in Santa Catarina respects in part the legal rights granted to the prisoner woman, and the State of Santa Catarina should ensure that the rights that were not fully up become.Foram examinados dados relativos ao atendimento dos direitos da presidiária no sistema prisional catarinense, o exame teve como campo de estudo o Presídio Feminino de Tubarão, o Presídio Feminino de Florianópolis e a Penitenciária Feminina de Criciúma. O objetivo da investigação foi descrever a situação atual do sistema prisional feminino catarinense em relação ao atendimento dos direitos assegurados à presidiária. O plano metodológico usado para abordar o campo investigado e explicar o problema de pesquisa caracteriza a investigação como estudo de campo, amparado pelo método de abordagem quali-quantitativo e orientado por objetivo de natureza descritiva, também foram empregados parâmetros da Estatística Descritiva para efetuar o tratamento dos dados e apresentar os achados do estudo. Os resultados da investigação mostraram que os direitos das mulheres encarceradas relativos à maternidade são 100% atendidos, à visita íntima 67%, à integridade física e mental 100%, à assistência ao trabalho 67%, à assistência educação 100%, à assistência jurídica 100%,33% das unidades prisionais possuem berçário e 33% responderam que o bebê recém-nascido permanece com a mãe após o parto. Os direitos assegurados à mulher presa são atendidos em parte pelo Estado de Santa Catarina, de modo que deve priorizar os quesitos que não foram atendidos em 100%. As conclusões alcançadas apontaram no sentido de que o sistema prisional feminino catarinense atende em partes os direitos legais assegurados à mulher apenada, devendo o Estado de Santa Catarina prezar para que os direitos que não foram atendidos na totalidade passem a ser
