This article identifies and analyzes the characteristics and potentialities of the use of the Design Thinking method applied in communication projects and advertising campaigns directed to internet, verifying the advantages of the method and its peculiarities related to the creation and development of the projects considering the workflow and routines commonly used in small and medium-sized advertising agencies, indicating adjustments in the steps for a better understanding and involvement of project team members, in order to verify how the method can be useful, adaptable and efficient in the design and organization of creative communication projects in social media and advertising online.Este artigo identifica e analisa as características ...
