The strong influence of globalization in recent years has generated major changes in the world and national economic scenario, popularizing import and export operations. However, even with globalization and its consequences, Brazil still lacks investments in sufficient structures to meet the market demand and with this, customs logistics and bureaucracy can be identified as the main obstacles to the competitiveness of Brazilian companies in the international arena . In this sense, the government created the Dry Ports, offering various types of services in the same place, facilitating the distribution and disposal of the goods.
