Introduction: Phimosis is defined as a condition that the foreskin cannot achieve retraction. It is classified according to etiology into two subgroups: physiological phimosis and pathological phimosis. Among the possible causes for the development of pathological phimosis are cutaneous diseases, mainly Lichen Sclerosus. The aim of this study was to verify the prevalence of clinical and histological changes of the foreskin in patients submitted to postectomy.
