Investigação das manifestações patológicas mais incidentes nas edificações escolares da rede municipal de Tubarão/ SC

The general objective of this work is to determine the diagnosis of pathological manifestations of higher incidence to buildings used for the operation of the basic schools of the municipal network of Tubarão / SC. To achieve this, the following specific objectives were sought: a) to set up the locations, quantity, type of construction and time of operation of the basic schools of the municipal network of Tubarão; b) to identify the main pathological problems in these buildings; c) to point out its possible symptoms, causes, origins, occurrence mechanisms and prognosis; d) to propose a possible solution for the most incidental pathological manifestations and e) to order the severity degree of each school building based on the investigations carried out. In this regard, in relation to its methodology, this research worked with a sample of thirteen of the whole fourteen schools of the city's basic schools and is characterized as a qualitative, exploratory and field research. About the research results, the proposed objectives were reached and it was diagnosed the most incidental pathological manifestations in the buildings studied, besides pointed out, in relation to such manifestations, possible causes, possible origins, suggested repairs, possible prognosis and a sugestion of classification of each one of the pathological manifestations according to their severity. Regarding the conclusion, it was pointed out the precariousness of most of the school buildings in the public network of Tubarão / SC, so that there is an imminent need for greater attention on the part of the municipal public administration authorities towards them and future building projects.Este trabalho tem como objetivo geral determinar o diagnóstico das manifestações patológicas mais incidentes em edificações utilizadas para funcionamento das escolas básicas da rede municipal de Tubarão/SC. Para tanto, os seguintes objetivos específicos foram buscados: a) levantar as localizações, a quantidade, o tipo de edificação e o tempo de funcionamento das escolas básicas da rede municipal de Tubarão; b) identificar os principais problemas patológicos incidentes nessas escolas; c) apontar seus possíveis sintomas, causas, origens, mecanismo de ocorrência e prognóstico; d) propor uma possível solução para as manifestações patológicas mais incidentes e e) ordenar o grau de gravidade de cada edificação escolar com base nas investigações realizadas. Nesse intuito, quanto a sua metodologia, essa pesquisa trabalhou com uma amostra de treze das quatorze escolas da rede pública municipal da cidade e caracteriza-se enquanto uma pesquisa de campo, qualitativa e exploratória. Como resultado, os objetivos propostos foram alcançados, tendo sido diagnosticadas as manifestações patológicas mais incidentes nas edificações pesquisadas e apontado, em relação a tais manifestações, possíveis causas, possíveis origens, reparos sugeridos e prognóstico, além de terem sido classificadas de acordo com sua gravidade. Como conclusão, apontou-se a precariedade da maioria das estruturas das edificações escolares da rede pública de Tubarão/SC, de modo que há uma necessidade iminente de maior atenção por parte das autoridades da administração pública municipal para com elas e futuros projetos
