Fatores negativos relacionados com o crescimento das aeronaves experimentais no espaço aéreo brasileiro.

The objective of this research was to understand the negative factors related to the growth of the number of experimental aircraft in Brazilian airspace. It is characterized as an exploratory research with bibliographic and documentary procedure through books, articles, reports, regulations and laws. The approach used was qualitative and quantitative. The analysis of the data was done by means of graphs and tables, analyzed according to the theoretical and legal basis. At the end of the research, it is concluded that the development of experimental aerospace activity in Brazil is on the opposite side of the evolution of flight safety achieved after years of evolution in the sector.Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral compreender os fatores negativos relacionados com o crescimento do número das aeronaves experimentais no espaço aéreo brasileiro. Caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa exploratória com procedimento bibliográfico e documental por meio de livros, artigos, reportagens, regulamentos e leis. A abordagem utilizada foi qualitativa e quantitativa. A análise dos dados foi feita por meio de gráficos e quadros, analisados de acordo com a fundamentação teórica e legal. Ao finalizar a pesquisa, conclui-se que o desenvolvimento da atividade aeroespacial experimental, no Brasil, caminha para o lado oposto da evolução da segurança de voo lograda após anos de evolução no setor
