Application of the concepts of quality in the process of execution of the ceramic settlement in the internal walls: the case of Las Piedras

This case study concerns the ceramic settlement on the internal walls faced in the Las Piedras project, and thus, it is in keeping with the reality of this specific organization. Therefore the applications, methods and techniques in studies, as well as, generalizations deserve a greater understanding. The development is a condominium of high standard, where the construction was divided into three phases. At the time of the study the condominium was in phase I, being eighty-four houses with two and three floors. The ceramic coating on the internal walls has as main functions the aesthetics and protection against moisture on the walls.Esse estudo de caso diz respeito ao assentamento cerâmico nas paredes internas enfrentado no empreendimento Las Piedras, sendo assim, condiz com a realidade desta organização específica. Portanto as aplicações, métodos e técnicas em estudos, bem como, generalizações merecem uma maior compreensão. O empreendimento é um condomínio fechado de alto padrão, onde a construção foi dividida em três fases. No momento do estudo o condomínio estava na fase I, sendo oitenta e quatro casas de dois e três pavimentos.
