This work aims to design and develop a healthy foods brand in the city of Florianópolis, where the business modeling Canvas will be used to visualize the business in a holistic way, through the establishment of the Key components for Brand development. Methodologically the research is classified as applied, descriptive and exploratory, as regards data collection, were used, bibliographical research and documentary, in addition to application of questionnaire with the main actors in the sector, as customers, competitors and distributors, for a better understanding of the segment through their perspectives.
