Gerenciamento de recursos e seus benefícios na decisão aeronáutica

This research is directed directly to the theme of resource management (CRM) and its benefits in the decision-making process of pilots, an influential factor in flight safety. It was searched through descriptive research, with bibliographical and documentary procedures, through the reading of books and articles, to review the human factors involved in the aerial activity, conceptualizing its aspects and reporting the relationships involved between man-half-machine in the complex aviation system. The conceptual reference models called SHELL and the Swiss cheese of James Reason, which illustrate in a didactic way the interrelations between man and the complex system to which the aeronautical environment is connected, stand out. Another topic addressed is the origin and evolution of resource management (CRM), consolidating it with the processes of risk management and decision making. It is highlighted in this context the concepts and elements involved in aeronautical activity, identifying and conceptualizing their threats and risks and what existing processes that aim at mitigating or eliminating these hazards to flight safety. Through case studies of some accidents and incidents, the team work was analyzed in the management of the threats and risks faced by it. From these analyzes, it is possible to create a critical assessment of the performance of the managerial process and the influence on the result of the accident or incident.Esta pesquisa está direcionada diretamente ao tema do gerenciamento de recursos (CRM) e seus benefícios no processo de tomada de decisão dos pilotos, fator influenciador na segurança de voo. Buscou-se através de pesquisa descritiva, com procedimentos bibliográfico e documental, através da leitura de livros e artigos, revisar os fatores humanos envolvidos na atividade aérea, conceituando seus aspectos e relatando as relações envolvidas entre homem – meio – máquina no sistema complexo da aviação. Destaca-se os modelos conceituais de referência chamados SHELL e o “queijo suíço” de James Reason, que ilustram de maneira didática as inter-relações existentes entre o homem e o sistema complexo ao qual está interligado o ambiente aeronáutico. Outro tópico abordado é a origem e evolução do gerenciamento de recursos (CRM) consolidando-o com os processos de gerenciamento de risco e tomada de decisão. Salienta-se neste contexto, os conceitos e elementos envolvidos na atividade aeronáutica, identificando e conceituando suas ameaças e riscos e quais os processos existentes que objetivam a mitigação ou eliminação destes perigos à segurança de voo. Através de estudos de casos de alguns acidentes e incidentes, foram analisados o trabalho de equipe no gerenciamento das ameaças e riscos por ela enfrentados. A partir destas análises, pode-se criar uma apuração crítica da atuação do processo gerencial e a influência no resultado final do acidente ou incidente
