The mechanisms for the peaceful resolution of disputes: its influences in the conductions of the Syrian case (2011-2016) for a cessation of hostilities

The International System is the scene of a number of conflicts, currently underlining the conflict in Syria, which has lasted for more than five years and has had irreversible consequences for its civilian population and the International Community. In the face of various conflicts that already exist, the International System has Mechanisms for the Peaceful Resolution of Conflicts, which seeks to resolve the disputes of States. The present research aims to analyze the use of these mechanisms so that they influence the conduct of the conflict. This should be done by identifying the mechanisms, the contextualization of the conflict and a final analysis of the contribution of these mechanisms of conflict management. The research will have methodological approaches as a qualitative approach, since it seeks a better analysis of the scientific production in relation to the context of the Syrian conflict with the International Community. It is justified to approach the issue because of the conflict that existed more than five years ago, beginning in 2011, through the Arab Spring, and since then there has been no effective solution to the conflict, only a resolution has been adopted, which is considered a For the case, which provides for the political transition of the State.O Sistema Internacional é palco de diversos conflitos, tendo atualmente o destaque do conflito na Síria, que dura há mais de cinco anos e gerou consequências irretratáveis a sua população civil e a Comunidade Internacional. Diante de diversos conflitos já existentes, o Sistema Internacional dispõe de Mecanismos de Resolução Pacífica de Conflitos, que visam solucionar os litígios dos Estados. A presente pesquisa têm como objetivo analisar a utilização desses mecanismos de modo com o que eles influenciam na condução do conflito. Para isso deverá ser feita identificação dos mecanismos, a contextualização do conflito e uma análise final da contribuição desses mecanismos da condução do conflito. A pesquisa terá como vertente metodológica o modo de abordagem qualitativa, uma vez que busca uma melhor análise das produções científicas em relação ao contexto do conflito sírio para com Comunidade Internacional. Justifica-se a abordagem ao assunto devido ao conflito existir há mais de cinco anos, com início em 2011, através da Primavera Árabe, e desde então não houve efetivamente um solução do conflito, houve somente a aprovação de uma resolução, que é considerada um marco para o caso, que prevê a transição política do Estado
