Possibility of creation of cooperative in the scope of the profession of the sex

The study explored the Possibility of Creation of a Cooperative in the Scope of the Sex Profession. The general objective of the investigation was to analyze the feasibility of creating labor cooperatives for prostitution as a viable form in the Brazilian legal system, study on the importance of regulating the profession of sex. The nature of the study is descriptive, the method used was the deductive method, the procedure method was exploratory and the system used for data collection, the bibliographic. The results have shown that the workers who practice the oldest profession in the world suffer from too much prejudice from society, remaining vulnerable to public health issues, as well as not being guaranteed any of the social rights inherent in all human beings, regardless of equality. In this sense, the results showed that the cooperative could be a stable place for those involved, where the cooperative itself will elaborate the rules, distancing the sex worker from the figure of the agent and/or explorer, being relevant to ensure the formation of an awareness of their rights. The conclusions obtained indicated that, once legitimized to engage in prostitution positively, given that the Federal Constitution of 1988 addresses several principles that support the activity of sex, being considered lawful, sex workers can legally claim the rights conferred by law, just as they will have one more reason to fight for the end of the hostility of the profession by a society which ironically overestimates pleasure, but still refers to prostitution as taboo, censoring those who subsist.O estudo explorou o tema Possibilidade de Criação de Cooperativa no Âmbito da Profissão do Sexo. O objetivo geral da investigação foi analisar a viabilidade de criação de cooperativas de trabalho para a prostituição como forma viável no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, aprofundando o estudo no que tange à importância de regulamentar a profissão do sexo. A natureza do estudo é descritiva, o método de abordagem utilizado foi o dedutivo, o método de procedimento foi exploratório e o sistema empregado para a coleta de dados, o bibliográfico. Os resultados alcançados manifestaram que os trabalhadores que exercem a profissão mais antiga de que se tem notícia padecem de demasiado preconceito da sociedade, permanecendo vulneráveis a questões de saúde pública, assim como não lhes é garantido qualquer dos direitos sociais inerentes a todos os seres humanos, a despeito do da igualdade. Nesse sentido, os resultados demonstraram que a cooperativa poderá ser um lugar estável para os envolvidos, onde os próprios cooperados elaborarão as regras, distanciando o profissional do sexo da figura do agenciador e/ou explorador, sendo relevante para garantir a formação de uma consciência de seus direitos. As conclusões obtidas asseveraram que, uma vez legitimados a exercer a prostituição de forma positivada, tendo em vista que a Constituição Federal de 1988 aborda diversos princípios que amparam a atividade do sexo, sendo considerada lícita, os profissionais do sexo poderão pleitear juridicamente os direitos conferidos pela lei, assim como terão um motivo a mais para lutar pelo fim da hostilidade da profissão por uma sociedade que, ironicamente, supervaloriza o prazer, mas ainda se refere à prostituição como um tabu, censurando os que dela subsistem
