These are histopathology images of a patient with (Immature Teratma) of left ovarian mass after oopherectomy. The patient had recurrent left ovarian mass with right suprarenal mass extending to porta hepatis. The second surgical excision revealed histopathology of (Mature Teratoma) which is consistent with growing teratoma syndrome (GTS)
