VLE data are presented for the systems ethanol/nitrogen and decane/nitrogen, ranging from 3 MPa - 8 MPa pressure and from ambient temperature to mixture critical or boiling point temperature, respectively. Compositions are given for the vapor as well as for the liquid phase, including standard deviations from 32 measurements per data point. Data were produced using a Raman spectroscopy-based microcapillary setup, measurements were thus performed in-situ and remotely. The whole capillary system is pressurized by non-pulsating syringe pumps and a continuous segmented flow of vapor and liquid phases is established.
