The Raman spectra of single crystals and the infrared spectrum of macrocrystalline samples were obtained. They allow to deduce the symmetry of the fundamental vibrations and the values of the three fundamental frequencies of the UO₂²⁺ ion.Étude du spectre de diffusion Raman de monocristaux orientés et du spectre d'absorption infrarouge.
