The oppidum of Serre de Brienne in Brignon (gard) was occupied from the 5th century BC until the 2nd century AD with a strong development in the 1st century BC. It certainly belongs to the oppida ignobilia that are mentionned by Pliny. The 553 coins of this catalogue come from surface crops made by J. Sauvajol and excavations carried out by F. Souq. 80% of the coins in this corpus belong to the pre-Augustan period ; Marseille coinage account for 60% of the total, followed by Nîmes and Volcae Arecomici people coinage (22%).
