Building for housing

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of a residential building in Dolní Břežany. It is a detached building with four above-ground floors and one underground floor. In the basement there are cellars, technical facilities and other common areas. There are a total of twenty housing units in the above-ground floors. The building is designed as a masonry system with cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor. Underground external loadbearing wall are made of concrete permanent formwork. The above-ground structures are made of clay masonry. The foundation of the building is carried out by means of foundation strips. The roof of the building is covered with a warm flat roof
