Family house with an establishment

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design and elaboration of documentation for realization of a family house with the operation of a hairdresser. The building is situated in the southern part of Brno - Jehnice. The family house is designed for permanent housing of a four-member family and the operating part of a hairdresser for one working person. The family house is designed as a two-storey, partly basement with a separate entrance to the hairdresser at the level of the first floor. The perimeter walls of the building are made of ground thermal insulation bricks Porotherm. In the basement, the perimeter walls are made of concrete hollow blocks filled with concrete. In the building are designed ceiling structures semi-assembled or reinforced concrete monolithic. The family house is divided into a single-storeyed roof covered with a vegetation roof with access from the second above-ground floor and a single-skin flat roof with a classical layer order above the second aboveground floor.
