Economic evaluation of wood buildings

The bachelor thesis deals with comparison of a timber frame construction and a masonry building in the third and fourth part of building life cycle. Constructions are compared in thermal properties, acoustic properties, fire resistence, lifetime and it’s effect on the environment. Also, the thesis deals with demands on new constructions and it’s demolition involving it’s costs, time demands and it’s masses
