Risks of Order Processing in Company

The diploma thesis titled Risk Management of the course of the contract in the company deals with the risk analysis of outsourcing accounting and tax company Accace Outsourcing s.r.o.. The work is divided into three parts. Part theoretical describes theoretical base based on specialized literature. The analytical part analyses the current state of the company and describes the contract’s progress. The design part draws conclusions from analyses, proposes and seeks measures to reduce or eliminate identified risks
