Proposal for Changes to the System of Remunaration of Employees in the Selected Company

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on improvement of wage systém and rewarding individual employees in I.A.N. TECHNIC a.s. Theoretical part of bachelor’s thesis contains knowledge of rewarding employees, motivation, rewards, external and internal factors acting on company. Analytical part focuses on economic situation of company, characteristic of employees, analysis external and internal envinronment a it finishes with questionnaire investigation and interview with head of a company. Proposal part is based on previous parts, which contains background to own proposal on ganges to the system of remunaration of employees
