The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and subsequent proposal for changes in the system of remuneration of employees in the production department of the selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the explanation of basic terms, which are closely related to the issue of remuneration of employees. In the practical part is an analysis of the current state of solving problems in the company. The final part discusses suggestions for improving this system
