The aim of this bachelor thesis is to submit a proposal to increase competitiveness of a company operating as a franchise, dealing with the sale of healthy and quality food. The analysis of the company is done using various methods, while the main method used is the value chain in combination with a customer analysis. The customer analysis is executed using a questionnaire survey and a focus group. An outcome of the combination of the value chain and the customer analysis identifies potential shortcomings and a space for improvements. The result of this bachelor thesis are proposals aimed at increasing the company´s competitiveness
