This Master's thesis deals with the processing of a business plan for establishing a family guesthouse in Vysočina region in the village Tři Studně. The theoretical basis of the thesis includes development and growth of the company, company strategy, external and internal environment analysis, customer analysis and SWOT analysis. The practical part analyzes the current situation, the description of the pension and its surroundings.
