Proposal for Changes of Motivational System in a Selected Company

This thesis deals with the proposal of changes in the motivation system in the chosen company. The theoretical part was focused on the basic concepts and definitions that are connected with the given problematics. In the practical part of the thesis was carried out an analysis of the current motivation system of the company through an interview, study of business documents and questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis, proposals for changes resulting from the results of the questionnaire survey were presented. Key proposals included regular employee evaluation, increase knowledge about the provided benefits, transport allowance and corporate events
