New atelier of stage design at Kobližná Street in Brno

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the pre-created architectural study into project documentation including architectural and technical details. The object is the reconstruction of the building in the city center of Brno - Central on the street Kobližná. The building is situated in the historical heart of the city and lies in a slightly sloping terrain. It is a 7th floor building with one underground floor. This is a design of a new atelier for students of stage design, especially workshops, laboratories, classrooms and studios of individual years. There is also a JAMU Rectorate, a public café and a shop of modeling needs. We think that the object is protected by the monument, which is why the mass and the original character of the building are preserved. The major changes will be in the layout, most partitions will be drained and the building will be broken down according to current needs and requirements
