The condominium in Minská Street is located in an extremely tight gap site created after the demolition of the original village house. The solved gap site is very lucrative, it has besides the excellent accessibility of recreational areas, a very good connection to the transport infrastructure and, therefore, very good connection with the center and the main transport route. The object is designed to fit very well despite the modern appearance into the surrounding area, which has a disunited character, style and height level.
