The bachelor thesis deals with charge control of a lead acid battery driven by 300 W wind turbine. The thesis is divided into four parts. First deals with the issue of lead battery charge controllers and the definition of a regulator for a wind turbine with permanent magnet synchronous generator, including a description of the regulated system elements. The second part deals with measurments done on the given system. Third part describes the design, algorithms and regulator programming and the last part describes construction and testing of a built-in controller
