The work deals with design of low-voltage operational amplifier. First part presents theoretical knowledge of CMOS technology and MOSFET transistor. The next part describes low-voltage techniques used in low-voltage circuits. Transconductance operational amplifier based on bulk-driven technique is designed. This circuit is then enhanced into DDA, that demonstrates application as instrumentation amplifier
