This work deals with realization and testing software for processing multidimensional data from a gas sensor. This work introduces readers to some multidimensional data processing method. The part of work is a description and usage PCA method, description of the smell or taste detection device – electronic nose, realisation and testing of the program for preprocessing and processing data. Preprocessing data program can visualise data from device on the graf in real time and save it to the file. Data processing program can read data from file, decrease their dimensionality and visualize results in 2D graf. This program was tested on a simple electronic nose that contains three sensors
