Timber load-bearing structure of sport hall

Bachelor thesis deals with design and assessment of timber load-bearing structure of sport hall. Structure is designed on rectangle ground plan with dimensions 31 x 55 meters and with saddle roof. Main load-bearing system is created from three-hinged frames with curved frame corner and changing profile height. Frames are made of massive beams from glued laminated timber. Stability of load bearing structure in longitudinal direction is secured by system of steel bracing and purlins from glued laminated timber
