Apartment building in Brno

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of new building of apartment building in Brno-Líšeň. The apartment house is designed on a slightly sloped plot, it is partly basement. It has one underground floor and three above-ground floors. There are basement cubits and a technical room in the underground floor. In the first above-ground floor there is an entrance, a wind lobby, a stroller and a bicycle storage and two residential units. On the second floor there are two residential units and a multipurpose room. On the third floor there is one apartment unit, a garden furniture storage and a terrace. The external vertical loadbearing masonry are in the basement of concrete blocks. The above-ground floors are designed of clay brick Porotherm. The walls are thermal insulated by the contact insulation system ETICS. The horizontal loadbearing structures are semi-mounted ceilings with ceramic inserts and beams. The apartment house has a warm flat roof. The terrace is designed as an extensive green roof
