Customer Satisfaction

The diploma thesis focuses on customers satisfaction in chosen company. Based on results of sectorial analyses there were made up proposals there in order to increase satisfaction of customers. First part of the thesis describes theoretical data. Next part analyses current situation of the company via internal and external background. With the help of questionnairy survey actual aspect of customer's satisfaction was analyzed as well. After data aggregation from the questionnaire acquired information will be evaluated and consequently there will be created particular proposals there in order to increase satisfaction of customers
