Creation of Lean Operation with the use of Smooth Material Flows

The objection of this bachelor’s thesis is creation of lean production with a fluent flow of materials, particularly implementation procedure of the Milk Run system in production zone in IMI Precision Engineering s.r.o. This work involves two parts — in the first part, I’m describing what the logistics is, its progressing and methods, that exist. Then is going to be described the current state in the firm, production zone and steps for an implementation of Milk Run system
