The bachelor thesis concerns the crisis management of the territorial self-governing unit Hluboká nad Vltavou. The aim of this thesis is to make a general and concrete evaluation of the current state of crisis management and to suggest possible procedures leading to improvement in the area of crisis management of self-governing unit. The topic was chosen because it is a crisis management currently potentially lack of experienced and professionally trained staff. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the administration and its functions, including basic concepts related to the issue and their characteristics. The practical part of the thesis analyzes the procedure of crisis management in the time of solving the crisis situation; The conclusion of the thesis is an evaluation of whether the procedures that comply with legal regulations have been chosen
