PENGUASAAN BAHASA JAWA ANAK USIA 9 TAHUN PENDERITA GANGGUAN WICARA PADA TINGKAT KECERDASAN KATEGORI DEBIL

Children who are not able to pronounce language well, can be caused by neurobiologists, speech devices, internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include the level of intelligence, interests, attitudes, self-motivation, while external factors include the family, school, and the wider community. This study aims to reveal the mastery of Javanese in children with speech disorders at the intelligence level of the debil category. The mastery of the Javanese language under study is the mastery of phonemes and sentences. This approach uses psycholinguistic theory. Only one research subject. The method used is natural observation that is the subject of people with debil speech disorder left to speak naturally in a place that is not specifically provided. The basic technique of this research is tapping record. The findings found there are pronunciation deviation in the form of afferesis, syncope, replacement of one or more phonemes at the beginning of a word, as well as the middle of a word, the mention of the final sound of each word, to the replacement of pronunciation of words and phrases. The subject is only able to pronounce words or phrases up to two syllables. The most mastered vocal phonemes are the phoneme / u /, / ∂ /, and / i /, the consonant phonemes which are mastered are the phonemes in apicoalveolar articulation, while for diphthongs phonemes, it is still difficult. The pattern of pronunciation deviation of children suffering from speech disorders occurs inconsistently, experiencing unclear pronunciation and shifting points of articulation.
