Biomedical sciences majors and other life science students spend the majority of their undergraduate careers engaging with technical writing in one form or another. This causes them to lose touch with the power of story and, in many cases, causes them to devalue narrative writing relative to technical writing. Through a discussion of three readings, this lecture helps them to reconnect with their "story side.
